What it does
Projects group related meetings, like a customer, a launch, or a hiring loop, so their context lives in one place. Share a project with teammates, and everyone in it can ask Chat questions across all of its meetings. Projects are private until you share them. Why teams use it
- Keep every meeting about one customer, launch, or initiative together, even when the titles don’t match
- Ask questions across a whole body of work, like “What decisions have we made?”
- Give teammates the same context without forwarding notes or transcripts

- Several at once: on the Meetings page, hover over a meeting and tick its checkbox. Shift-click selects a range, up to 50 meetings. Then click Add to project in the toolbar that appears.
Temporary meetings can’t be added to projects.
Chat with a project

What people in a project can see
When you add a meeting to a shared project, everyone in the project can see its title, who recorded it, and when. They can’t open your meeting, but Chat can use its transcript and notes to answer their questions in that project, and can show short excerpts as sources. Your pins stay private. If someone is removed from a project, the meetings they added stay in it as shared context.Project settings
